Ingredients:
1(8-ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar
1 (8-ounce) package shredded white Cheddar
1 (4-ounce) jar pimientos, with juice
1/2 cup mayonnaiseSalt and pepper
Directions:
Mix the shredded cheeses together with the pimientos. Stir in themayonnaise. With a metal spoon (pimientos will stain plastic or wood),stir until the mixture is well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste andstir again. Keep covered in the fridge until ready to use.Serve with corn chips or bread.

YAY!! I'm so excited. I am totally going to try to make the brownies and potato soup.
I make my meatloaf in a muffin tin too! I use ground turkey and stove top stuffing mix for the bread crumbs, gives it a real good flavor. It's Weight Watcher's recipe I got years ago and is Joe's favorite.
